Food Safety Administration Policy
The policy of Nayyar Factory for Bakery Industry aims to manufacture healthy, sound and high quality products to meet the needs and expectations of customers and consumers of factory products and improve their level of satisfaction. Therefore, there is a complete guarantee that our customers will receive the perfect quality that meets or exceeds their expectations.
To achieve this goal, all work sites at Nayyar plant are committed to continuous improvement, which can be measured, evaluated and proven to be effective, both internally and externally.
Nayyar Factory believes that achieving its obligations rests with each employee by carrying out their work in accordance with the requirements of those dealing with them internally and externally, and food safety and health is the responsibility of all employees who directly affect the ingredients, preparation, production, storage, transportation and distribution of finished products.
Nayyar Bakery Factory, represented by its management and all its employees, is always striving to achieve growth and occupy a distinguished position in the bakery industry through our commitment to the following:
• Providing customers with high quality, safe and healthy products within the highest standards of quality and food safety.
• Compliance with all legislation and laws in force with regard to the quality, safety and health of food.
• Continuity to achieve the effectiveness and efficiency of product quality and safety through the effective application of quality management and food safety systems in line with the requirements of ISO22000:2018 and all the company's internal requirements and in all its activities and operations.
• Working in a team spirit and developing the level of awareness, knowledge and commitment of employees towards the ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System by identifying and giving the necessary training to them.
• Building the foundations for quality and food safety by setting programs to develop individual technical skills, raise awareness among employees, carry out risk management and raise the level of excellence.
• Analyzing opportunities and risks to ensure that products and services are provided within customer requirements and to ensure continuous improvement of performance and food safety.
• Maintaining appropriate channels of communication with customers, suppliers, and legislative and supervisory authorities, in order to ensure the availability of sufficient information regarding food quality and safety. As well as providing internal communication channels between the company's departments to communicate any information or change that may have an impact on the quality and safety of food.
The annual plan of the Nayyar factory contains strategies and objectives for quality and food safety, which is a vital part of the production operations and this is shown through:
• Setting annual objectives for quality and food safety for all operations, in order to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to all approved specifications.
• Disseminate the manifestations and requirements of food safety and health to suppliers, customers and consumers by setting specifications for raw materials, packaging materials, methods of storing products and nutritional information for consumers.
• Disseminate the aspects and requirements of quality, food safety and health, strategies and objectives to employees, consumers, customers and all those who have an impact on them or are affected by food safety systems.
Nayyar Factory for Bakery Industry works to ensure that all company employees at all levels understand this policy and implement it in order to maintain the quality and safety of its products and improve them continuously. Knowing that this policy is reviewed periodically to ensure its suitability and effectiveness.
